The spacious apartment located on the third floor of the house consists of a double room connected to the bathroom by a glass door.
The room has a skylight through which one can enjoy the starry sky during the long summer nights.
The large kitchen with dining area is connected to the terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding forests, on the left to Pula, and on the right to the Rovinj islands.
The separate living room is equipped with a sofa and a TV set. The sun’s rays during the day and the starry sky during the night create a special atmosphere in this room.
The rooms are heated and cooled by air conditioning built into the window sill and the bathrooms have underfloor heating.
